Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Noted.
We create creative, artistic and lifestyle stationery and accessories, including print-on-demand products. Because our products may be made specifically in response to an order, some products and situations may have different return or refund requirements.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the laws applicable to your purchase.
1. Our 7-Day Product Issue Policy
If you receive an item that is:
- damaged;
- defective;
- misprinted;
- materially different from the product you ordered; or
- the wrong product,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please email noted1380@gmail.com and include:
- your order number;
- your name;
- a description of the problem; and
- clear photographs showing the product and the issue.
We may request additional photographs or information so that we can investigate the issue with our production and fulfillment provider.
If the problem is confirmed, you may generally choose between an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
For customers in jurisdictions where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies, Noted will honour that right in accordance with applicable law.
For example, eligible consumers purchasing online in the UK or EU generally have a 14-day cancellation/withdrawal period. The applicable statutory rules, including any exceptions and requirements concerning return shipping, will apply.
For customers in jurisdictions where no statutory change-of-mind return right applies, Noted does not guarantee acceptance of change-of-mind returns for print-on-demand products.
3.Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not already begun.
If production has already started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

4. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
The timing of the refund may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
Where applicable law requires us to refund delivery charges, we will do so in accordance with that law.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice that you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible.
If production or shipping has not yet started, we will try to correct the information where reasonably possible.
If an order has already entered production or has been shipped, we may be unable to change the address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
6. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact Noted at noted1380@gmail.com.
We will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier and/or fulfillment provider.
If the carrier confirms that an order has been lost, we will determine the appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our fulfillment provider’s procedures and applicable consumer law.
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate.
7. Returns
Where a return is legally required or approved by Noted, we will provide the applicable return instructions.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs in circumstances where the customer is exercising a change-of-mind return and applicable law permits those costs to be passed to the customer.
Where the product is defective, incorrect or damaged and Noted is responsible for the issue, Noted will handle the return or replacement arrangements in accordance with applicable law.
8. Refunds Required by Law
Nothing in this policy removes or reduces any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your country or region.
If applicable law gives you a right to a refund, replacement, repair, cancellation or return that differs from this policy, the applicable legal right will apply.
